Barrie… until she is told that her long-missing brother is being held there! Can it be true? Do The Lanky Man, Mr. Gloom, the Twofold Witch and Professor Headstrong really exist? Lazarus Churchyard: The Final Cut
He's an ex-terrorist from the scrag-end of London with a connoisseur's understanding of every foul narcotic known to humanity. He's a four hundred year old derelict and hated by at least half the inhabitants of a poisoned and depopulated Earth. He's actually a bit of brain locked inside a body sculpted from intelligent plastic that renders him immortal. And all he wants to do is die. Meet Lazarus Churchyard, suicide-crazed unkillable junkie trapped in a future so disgusting that it makes him the good guy by default. Lazarus Churchyard was what happened when the British got their hands on cyberpunk. Tundra commissioned two sequel books to the original 40-page story -- which included stories not illustrated by ur-LAZ artist D'Israeli -- which were collected into a trade paperback in 1992. Lazarus Churchyard: The Final Cut sets things right and supplants the long-out-of-print earlier edition by bringing together the core stories by Warren Ellis and D'Israeli, and finishing the collection with a brand-new story created especially for this book.

Apocalypse Nerd
Imagine yourself in a post-apocalyptic world, where all the creature comforts that you've spent an entire lifetime taking for granted were suddenly gone for good. How do you see yourself reacting to such a situation? Would you "suck it up" and be stoically content? Or would you spend most of the time cursing your fate? We all like to picture ourselves as the former, though the latter is probably a more accurate portrayal - and that's exactly what our "hero" is like in Peter Bagge's new miniseries. MARVEL as our protagonist, an asthma ridden, myopic former middle manager for a software company, has his limited survival skills continually put to the test, only to continually come up short! THRILL as his dumb childhood friend Jeff Beasley bullies him around, as he abuses his new found status as the undisputed alpha-male of the two! CRINGE as what's left of human civilization continually deteriorates around them, and they along with it! Each issue will also feature a back up story detailing poignant yet humorous anecdotes about America's Founding Fathers. Finally, George Washington and his gang will be starring in comics of their own!
