The Starblasters kidnap Uatu the Watcher, then install two thrusters on the Moon to push it out of orbit onto our planet. While Quasar and other Earth super-heroes gather to investigate the changes of the Moon, the Starblasters also kidnap Kayla Ballantine, actual owner of the Star Brand.
