And as the city descends into chaos -- as murder and intimidation become the staples of the day -- Daredevil and the Punisher each seek to restore order in their own unique way. For Daredevil -- who's anointed himself the new Kingpin of the city this means dispensing justice at the end of a billy club. But for the Punisher, justice at the end of a billy club isn't justice at all. For the Punisher, justice for these animals is at the end of a shotgun. Featuring more Marvel villains than you can shake a stick at -- including Hammerhead and the return of the nefarious Jackal!

Daredevil (1941)
Daredevil Comics, one of Lev Gleason Publication's longest running comics was a Golden Age anthology comic that took its name from its main feature character Daredevil (named "The Death-Defying Devil" in Dynamite Entertainment comics and "Red Devil" at AC Comics as not to be confused with the Marvel character but called by his original name, Daredevil, at Image Comics). Daredevil was eventually phased out of the title in the late forties and for most of the comic's run, apart from the title the character wasn't the main feature anymore and the covers were primarily dominated by The Little Wise Guys.

In December 1959, the Carson family meets explorer Mike Worley in South America to investigate an ancient spaceship that crashed in the Amazon jungle in the distant past. The ship's systems trap the four and expose them to a mysterious substance called "Gunk," intended to adapt the ship's original crew to the new environment. After brief exposure to the Gunk they escape, but it gives each of them superpowers that they use to fight for good as the original Danger Unlimited. But the story only begins there. Set in the futuristic 2061, flashbacks tell the story of what happened on Earth after the discovery of the Gunk, and how exposure to its powers causes the manifestation of super powers. The "new" Danger Unlimited super group seeks to uncover the fate of their predecessors while fighting to rid the Earth of the alien invaders that have overrun the planet! Also included in this collection are Babe #1-4 and Babe 2 #1-2, bringing all of John Byrne's Danger Unlimited action together for the first time ever!
