Lucifer does not appear in eleven issues of the series, and in many that he does appear he makes simple cameos.

Love and Rockets (2001)

This issue heralds the return, after a five-year hiatus, of the comic book that changed the industry forever, Love and Rockets, reuniting all three Hernandez Brothers! Jaime picks up the newly-divorced Maggie's story as she returns to the old neighborhood to try to reconnect with her past; in the first issue she meets up with everyone's favorite Hoppers resident, Izzy Ortiz. Gilbert launches a thrilling new graphic novel, "Julio's Day," a series of self-contained vignettes following the life of a new character that, when read as a whole, will paint a tapestry of the character's life from birth to death, spanning an entire century. Every person gets his day... or does he? Finally, Gilbert (artist) and Mario (writer) collaborate on "Me for the Unknown," a tale of political intrigue, dumping on the little guy, psychosis, and violent revenge reminiscent of some of their earliest L&R stories (or their Mister X "Tales of Somnopolis" stories).

Lobo (1993)

In space, no one can hear you frag. By popular demand, Lobo hits the comic shops in his very own ongoing monthly series, without a 'Suggested for Mature Readers' label! Now everyone can get in on the action and fun month after month. It's the Lobo series you've been clamoring for - an action-packed fragfest, brimming over with good-natured gratuitous violence and twisted humor. The series gets under way with Lobo out on a typically destructive night on the town. What follows is a stop at Al's Diner for a few brews with some appalling violence, and then a trip to the local bounty office where the Main Man takes an assignment to bring in Qigly, the universe's most feared, loathed and powerful...accountant. Things take an ugly turn when Lobo meets heavy opposition from the Dead Boys, a bunch of bastiches with their own reasons for holding onto Qigly.

Lobo (1990)

Lobo (1990)

His name is Lobo. His job is intergalactic bounty hunter. His methods are insane. From the pages of L.E.G.I.O.N. '90 comes the wild, unchained, devil-may-care character you love to hate in his first solo mini-series. And if you thought he was out of control before, wait until you see what happens here. You see, Lobo is the last survivor of his race...an entire civilization that he personally annihilated just because he wanted to be unique in the universe. But Lobo seems to have missed one, and now that survivor's gone and written an unauthorized biography of Lobo, which doesn't make our maniac very happy. But what's really got Lobo miffed is that he's accepted a contract from L.E.G.I.O.N. to escort his biographer across the universe to their headquarters - delivered alive! Of course, Lobo manages to make a few enemies along the way, complicating his mission as these factions embark on a wild chase across the cosmos to see who will get to Lobo first.

Leave It To Chance

Leave It To Chance

Members of the Falconer family have a legacy of battling supernatural threats, and traditionally training for the cause is begun at the age of 14. However, Chance is not given that opportunity by her father, who refuses to train her. He insists that the tradition is not to pass the knowledge "from father to child", but "from father to son" and points out that the job is too dangerous for her. This decision appears not to be motivated by a patronizing attitude or misogyny, but rather by the fact that he has already lost his wife to supernatural forces in an incident where his own face was deformed, and doesn't want Chance to suffer the same fate. Instead, he suggests that the tradition should skip a generation, and Chance should meet a man, get married and have a son, whom Lucas may then train instead.

Ladycastle

Ladycastle

When King Mancastle and his mighty vassals ride off on crusade, the women left behind are not at all put out—that's a lot less armor polishing for them to do. Of course, when the men get themselves eaten by a dragon and leave a curse that attracts monsters to the castle...well, the women take umbrage with that. Now the blacksmith's wife Merinor is King, Princess Aeve is the Captain, and the only remaining (and least capable) knight Sir Riddick is tasked with teaching the ladies of the castle how to fight, defend, build, and do all manner of noisy things the men had been doing while the women assumed they were just drunk. Novelist Delilah S. Dawson (Star Wars: The Perfect Weapon, As Wicked as She Wants, Wake of Vultures) brings her first original series to comics, and is joined by breakthrough illustrator Ashley A. Woods (Niobe: She Is Life) for a rollicking fantasy adventure featuring women reclaiming their lives on their terms.
