Like many other members of the Giffen/DeMatteis era Justice League such as Captain Atom, Booster Gold, and Blue Beetle, Scott Free briefly received his own title which covers his life in the suburbs of the Northeast and New York City. As usual, Scott is accompanied by his loving wife, Barda, and his curmudgeonly and diminutive assistant, Oberon.
