Cosmic Powers Unlimited was part of Marvel's mid 90's line of 'Unlimited' books alongside Spider-Man, X-Men, Fantastic Four & 2099 Unlimited.  Each book was published quarterly, was giant-sized and was published on better quality paper stock.Cosmic Powers Unlimited was an anthology series exclusively featuring Marvel's Cosmic characters; each issue having a lead story then one or more shorter backups.  Each issue's lead story featured either the Silver Surfer solo or the Surfer with Quasar and Beta Ray Bill as the Star Masters.  Characters featured in backup features included: Jack of Hearts, Ganymede, Sundragon, Drax the Destroyer, Moondragon, Pip the Troll, Thanos, Captain Mar-Vell and Her / Kismet.Cosmic Powers Unlimited ran for a mere 5 issues.

Void has a vision that a Daemonite will soon possess a "gifted one", or a being with immense powers. In her vision, she also so a war brewing. She gathered her teammates in WildC.A.T.s and have deduced that the war in the vision was probably the one between the countries of Yurgovia and Kasmia. Zealot informs her teammates that Yurgovia is being run by Baroness Destine, a sister of the Coda. While Grifter and Voodoo are the best suited to check things out in Yurgovia, Providence and a Daemonite travel to Baroness Destine, so she could provide the "gifted one" for the Daemonite to possess. Voodoo and Grifter follow some leads and find that a woman named Eliska the Witch may have given birth to the child they are looking for. When they arrive at her home, they find Baroness Destine, Providence and the Daemonite possessing the child. The WildC.A.T.s enter the fray and a large battle occurs. Voodoo is able to exorcise the Daemonite from the baby and Warblade kills the Daemonite while Grifter and Zealot defeat Baroness Destine. Lord Emp sets up Eliska and her child in a safe place and the WildC.A.T.s have saved the day.
