Traci 13 and here father both narrowly escaped Aquaman's attack on Europe, but lost the rest of their family in the process. Her relationship with her father strained, the two live underground in a giant shelter, shielding themselves from the war. Traci soon finds out that her father, and numerous other world powers have conjured up a devastating plan to end the war, that will kill millions, now it's up to her to stop it.
