Many heroes in the Wildstorm Universe gained their powers because of something called the Gen-Factor. But until now, no one was sure where it came from. But when the evil Damocles comes to this universe, he may hold the answer to the Gen-Factor’s origin. But first, the Wildstorm heroes must band together in order to stop Damocles or else their world will fall to him.

Sci-Tech pitted secret societies of technology zealots (Techs) against naturalists (Natives) for control of the world. The series starred reporter Leo Lomax and scientist Corrine Van Kessler, both of whom get caught in the middle of the conflict.
