The cross-over no one expected is back for an Omnibus Encore, combining three volume into one epic book! Too big for the movie or television screen, Dynamite presents the ultimate, kicka** crossover tale as Ash and his Army of Darkness meets Xena, the Warrior Princess! Chapter 1: Written by John Layman and illustrated by Miguel Montenegro, we begin with Ashley J. Williams transported to the world of Xena and Gabrielle! Throw in the Necronomicon and an evil, little Ash taking charge of a group of fairies (the winged kind) and you've got yourselves one rollicking adventure! Chapter 2: After the events of their last meet-up, Ash is back in "real" time and Xena and Gabby are back where they started, but they're not going to stay there, not if the Necronomicon has anything to do with it! Chapter 3: Xena, Warrior Princess, has toppled nations through the force of her will. She's captained the deadliest pirate crew ever to sail the seas. She even turned her back on her past, seeking redemption for her darker acts alongside her partner Gabrielle. And yet, despite her propensity for defeating all odds, her thousand-strong army has fallen to an implacable and ancient evil. Her only recourse? To use the dreaded Necronomicon to summon Ash Williams - the wise-ass, butt-kicking, smooth-talkin' demon-killer from the future - for aid! But how can Xena save the world when that chainsaw-wielding knucklehead's every temporal mishap threatens to unravel time itself?
With Ash getting hitched and the army of darkness continuously at the heels of the Chosen One, it's time to party like it's 1992... point one! Dynamite celebrates the success of the Army of Darkness series by going back to a simpler time - when the internet was young and cell phones were ten pounds. This one-shot features stories that are classically Ash, by your favorite Army of Darkness Writers: James Kuhoric, Steve Niles, Elliott Serrano, and Mike Raicht. Not to mention your soon-to-be new favorite, Cullen Bun - with a story that ties directly into the new story arc!

Ancient Egypt, one hot summer day and a pack of slaves appears coming from the desert. They are bound in chains and all appear normal, except one, which appears to be from our age. Her name is Ash and she used to be a normal everyday girl until she and her boyfriend happened to witness a meteor shower. Upon finding a meteor, her boyfriend was transformed into a heinous zombie but interestingly she became possessed by the forces of good that showed her a terrible vision. Mankind was going to be destroyed by a mysterious race, that would eventually transform all living things into the army of darkness. That same force donned her with the gift of an arm that though appears to be cut off the wrist can transform itself into any weapon imaginable with the code phrase of "klaatu barata nikto"...
You’ll laugh yourself silly as the killjoy kitten brings her hilarious brand of sass to comic books once again, joined by her high-spirited brother Pokey. What fun-loving escapades will Pokey dream up, and how will that adorable scamp Grumpy Cat rain on everyone’s parade?
