The vast Kingdom of the Sons of the Earth is under threat. Its archenemy has reappeared – the Drekkars are emerging from the shadows after ten centuries of hiding. But who or what is behind these machinations and the reemergence of the Drekkar?

On the moon, a robot speaks with an Utrom as the Utroms build a base on the moon. On Earth, the turtles are fighting of the Madhattan Maulitia. The turtles decided to move up to the rooftops to avoid the Maulitia, but we're surprised to find them there with snowmobiles. After giving the Maulitia a beating, our heroes steal a few snowmoblies and head home. Michelangelo gets left behind and accidental gets hit by the bus he tries to flag down, but is helped by a mysterious figure. Donatello's snowmobile blows up due to poor maintenance and reveals a mysterious truck.Elsewhere, Casey and April Jones, now married, head to the doctor to get information on their baby. In Northhampton, Shadow trains with Master Splinter and Metalhead while waiting to hear the results.

This series is marked by its triple narrative—one recounting various narratives from the Hebrew Scriptures, or the Old Testament, another creating loosely parallel narratives in a not too distant dystopian future, and a third narrative set in a spiritual plane where the gods do battle by manipulating humanity for their own ends. On one side of the battle are Moloch, an ancient Ammonite god to whom human sacrifices were made; Astarte, a goddess of fertitlity, sexual love, and war, who was worshipped in ancient times in Syria, Egypt and the Phoenician colonies (she is called Ashtoreth in the Old Testament); and Atum-ra, an Egyptian god...
